In many parts of Pakistan, eye conditions — from infections to cataracts — go untreated because either the nearest specialist is hundreds of miles away, or they do not have the resources to travel. These conditions stop a father from working, a mother from seeing her children, and an elder from reading the Qur’an.
Most of these cases are treatable, yet poverty and distance stand in the way. Our mobile eye camps bridge that gap by providing specialized care, prescription glasses, and sight-restoring surgeries to those who have nowhere else to turn.
